At Tactical Baby Gear, we stand behind the durability of our gear and want to ensure you are mission-ready. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your gear is in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging included to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different colorway.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items. Affix the label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Deploy Shipment

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected at our HQ, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
